What do you see as some of the biggest challenges facing Anglicans today?
I am currently working on 8.1 version of my webpage where I will be addressing your question. It should be up by March 1.
What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities for Anglicans today?
At no time in the past two-hundred years has our society been so spiritually inclined as it is at this time and yet we are experiencing much decline in the church. However, Dianna Butler Bass seems to think that mailine churches are beginning to turn things around. My good friend Leonard Sweet thinks now is the most exciting time to be a Christian. I do too.
What do you want Anglimergent to be? and what other Anglimergent resources, gatherings, activities or events would you find helpful for your ministry?
Any or all of of the above.

Hi Tom,
thanks for the prison book recommendation on the thread about B McLaren. My mom does prison ministry (lay visits) in California through the PVS program. I'm going to recommend it to her.
keep up the work
BTW have you "heard" of the story of the young man convicted of murder in Calif who then went on to become an Epis priest while incarcerated, now finally parolled and serving in Dio Calif? His name is James Trammell, I wonder what he'd have to say about the book.
pax,

pax,
This question is motivated by a YouTube presentation by the Reverend Michael Frost found here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77ndCFSv47g
While the video is rather long, it is worth the watching if you have the time. It is one of the best teaching on the missional church I've watched.
So, what's your answer to the opening question? If you watch the video, Michael Frost will give you a lot to think about.
