I'd mentioned bringing a group to St. Gregory's a while back. Been meaning to mention that it doesn't look like it's going to work with the schedule that we have, unfortunately. Would have been a great experience! Next time I'm in San Fran I guess...
God bless,
Tim
I'm looking forward to my little visit at St. Gregory's.
+ I will email you another idea for my time with y'all.
Cheers
I just finished your book (and heard you on NPR) and wanted to give you a great deal of kudos. You are a talented writer with a ministry that is transforming church. I hope we have the chance to cross paths someday, I admire your journey. The potential of being a seminarian with you all at St. Gregory's was one of the hardest parts to say no to when I chose to go somewhere besides CDSP. Thanks for the inspiration!
i look forward to this year's video. i saw smething from last year and loved it! always makes me 'homesick'. wonder what that is all about? i feel so drawn to SGN - scary, huh?
i am first alternate to General Convention next summer (2009) which just happens to be in Anaheim. there will be a trip north while i am there. maybe...
check out the pic - me at Kanuga (guess when) "walking" my first lab.
i think of you often...

A few things just clicked:
1) I'm bringing a group of about 10 teenagers to San Francisco this August for a mission trip with YouthWorks. As of now, our Friday is still open. Any chance you might be interested in picking up a few volunteers for the pantry?! (I hope I'm not being too fanboy-ish here, but I'd love the group to be able to participate with some innovative Episcopalians in action after what promises to be a generally evangelical protestant flavored experience with YouthWorks.)
2) I've also been planning on finding an Episcopal church in the area that will let us squat on Friday night. You think St. Gregory's might be game? If not, any other ideas?
Peace,
Tim
