Thanks for sharing this. The food looks amazing.
My parish has recently started a very small food pantry that operates on the last two Fridays of the month. We started out focusing on staple foods like rice and beans, but the feedback we've gotten is that people want more microwaveable foods like mac and cheese. We have also recently started a community garden and hope to be able to include some fresh produce that way.
