Baptismal Covenant: TEC Rule of Life

Brother Karekin talks about the meaning of the Baptismal Covenant (from the BCP 1979) as a way of life for all in the Episcopal Church. The insights can be applied to the baptismal promises in other rites of Baptism from other BCP editions and other mainline denomination
rites of Baptism.

I picked up a booklet... A Rule of Life for Congregations: Based upon the Baptismal Covenant by the V.Rev. Philip Turner... dean of Berkeley Divinity School at Yale... I don't se a date of for this booklet. I appreciate Brother Karekin's comments. Am I right in saying that it goes without saying that our baptismal covenant is our rule of life? I'm intrigued by this concept and will be thinking along the lines of how this could possibly play out in my home parish.
