Developing a new Anglimergent network in Australia & New Zealand

In the last three weeks I have had the privilege of speaking and leading training events in Melbourne, Newcastle, Grafton and Sydney. In all these events, I was excited by what was the beginning of a growing network of Anglican Christians who seeking to reimagine Church of the 21st Century. In these sessions, Catholic Anglicans & open evangelicals got together to explore mission and new ways of being church in the context of a culture that is increasingly focused on new forms of spiritual tourism.

Therefore in expectant hope of a growing network, I have created a new group on this site for Anglimergents in Australia and New Zealand, in the hope that the training we have completed, will give rise to a new network and hope greater permission and experimentation regarding missional forms of anglimergent churches. So we will see.

So if you know practitioners or people who may be interested in this network, please do invite them to get involved.

My hope that this new network within a network will create new opportunities and partnerships in mission.
