Hi, Stefani. Yes I have heard about the inmate who became a priest in prison and is now outside the razor wire. He and I became priest around the same time and for the same reason - to provide the sacramental care of those who find themselves incarcerated.

I followed his ministry with great interest while he was incarcerated. However since his release, I have not heard any more about him until your comment. If anyone knows how I might reconnect, I'd appreciate the information being passed on to me.

Stef--I like the moving about the church idea, but ours is so small we'd knock someone or something over!--and we have no functional sound system, so the best acoustics are from either the altar or the nave crossing!

i was near the front next to a clergywoman i know from Taize trips so suspect we may indeed have done that peace thing...samll world, but seeing i only know what your shadow looks like i wouldn't have known ;o)

Are you doing anything in connection with Lambeth? Regardless, I must say I am a bit jealous as I am an Anglophile through and through - I love being in England.

Great to hear from you. Congrats on becoming rector of Trinity Church, Reno. Being an MDG congregation and a Millennium Congregation are not necessarilly the same. They probably support the MDGs, hence an "MDG Congregation." Millennium Congregation is a specific project that connects congregations of all faiths in supporting Millennium Villages in Africa (currently in Rwanda).
