What do you see as some of the biggest challenges facing Anglicans today?

Explaining what Anglicanism is to the world... explaining the 'ethos' of what being Anglican is, and what we have to offer to searchers. Inwardly, we may have to look at some of our structures and traditions, to see where change is needed.

What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities for Anglicans today?

We have buildings available that can be used - for the most part - for a number of purposes... this can allow for outreach within communities and sharing. For instance, in some parishes/churches, the community may not be able to financially support a youth pastor, for instance; but, there may be a hall that a community organization looking for space to run youth programs may be looking for.

What do you want Anglimergent to be? and what other Anglimergent resources, gatherings, activities or events would you find helpful for your ministry?

I am looking for resources to enhance prayer and praying. It would be good to explore further the prayer tradition of our sisters and brothers in Eastern Churches (i.e. Orthodox).
