I enjoy creating new ways to be the church, especially online. My latest project is the 8-times daily "Jesus Sound Bite" on Twitter. It's a word or a phrase quoting Jesus. See it at www.twitter.com/jesussoundbite.
I also love to garden. I grow many of my own vegetables for dinner.
Keeping fit at the gym is also a part of my weekly routine.
What do you see as some of the biggest challenges facing Anglicans today?
I believe Anglicans are most challenged by the need to stay on task and to not lose focus. We are all too easily derailed by tangents and infighting. We need to be a people of the living Gospel, bringing the caring touch of Christ to the world, respecting the dignity of every person.
What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities for Anglicans today?
We have such a rich depth of spirituality to share. We are at our best when we are striving for justice and peace. We understand that faith does not mean believing in what is "correct," but rather is a relationship with God in community with others.
What do you want Anglimergent to be? and what other Anglimergent resources, gatherings, activities or events would you find helpful for your ministry?
A gathering place for out of the box ideas and people.

Perhaps we've met already before when my Bishop and I visited your Diocesan Convention.
Please, feel free to write to my email: rosaefilius@gmail.com ,hey tell me more about the emergent movement, I suspect it's something I have been waiting for, but... explain me, please...
John. Thanks for your greeting on my "wall." This online social networking thing is a strange beast--taking the degrees of separation thing to new extremes. The whole friend-of-a-friend thing is new. Anyway, swapping stories about the emergent movement is always a good thing!
