Hi Greg, I've been chatting with Karen as well as our Bishop (Robert Gepert) here in the Diocese of Western Michigan. He should be contacting you soon regarding a partnership of dioceses to focus on a "pioneering ordinations track."

Greg,
I always wanted to be a Bishop Protector when I grew up, but I am not worthy. Thank God you are! See you across the pond.

Duh...I knew you'd be across the pond at that time. My dumb-dumb :) Glad to know that you and Todd and a few other of the tribe will be representing!

Greg,

I'm going to be in Seattle July 11-17 to "spy out the land" at COTA and do some potential PhD dissertation research. Might I perchance find an appointment in your date book during those few days?

Greg - I've gone from being sponsored from Rhonda's parish in San Diego while at ETSS to West TX, and now to Eastern Michigan. I ran into a friend of yours, Winn, at Festival of Homiletics last week. Nice guy. I appreciated your non-anxious presence and advice when I was searching for my first position. Good to run into you here. Peace!

Greg - good to hear from you. I talked to Andy Doyle on Monday and he said you and Todd Ousley had a chance to talk. That's good. Andy is a good man. I'm doing what I can for him. Things at St. Gregory's are extraordinary. We're getting geared up for another adventure in Holy Week. It is a beautiful thing to be a part of this community in the midst of this season. Do come and see us whenever you're able. BTW, I'll be in Seattle for the APLM Council meeting in a couple of weeks. - Paul

Thanks for the note! I'm settling in nicely to parish work. But still imagining something funkier. How're things in your new neck of the woods?
