Nurya, thanks for the post! Just a quick comment about the editorial:
Why do journalists have such a hard time understanding TEC's emphasis of the Baptismal Covenant? DO25 was clearly written to emphasize the Baptismal Covenant and the call to ministry. In other words, the church is moving on.

I've been energized by Tickle's book
I was energized by the presentations at Dio Conv

Hey, we've made it to twelve conversation partners - this is brilliant.

In a few weeks I suggest we converse about Karen's papers "Seizing the Episcopal Moment."

I've received an official copy from Karen and I'll be sending it to Chad Allen within a week or so - then he'll return it to Karen and she'll REPOST it on Anglimergent as an OFFICIAL PAPER to be considered by us all.

I see this as a top priority for the twelve of us - a few of us will have an initial meeting about it - then maybe we can facilitate a larger conversation about it.

I'm excited to see what happens...
